NOTES TO CLUB SECRETARIES 2011/2012
- The HOME Club Secretary is responsible for confirming with
both the Referee and opponents, the venue, kick-off time and colours no
later than the MONDAY preceding the SATURDAY match, and no later than FOUR
days preceding a mid-week match.
- The HOME Club Secretary is responsible for ensuring that
the Referee is paid his match fee of £40.00, and in the event of a team
failing to appear for a match, the Club in attendance should pay the Referee
his fee and reclaim this from the League.
- The Secretary of the Home Club must telephone the League
Match Secretary the result before 6.00 pm on a Saturday, and for mid-week
matches before 9.30 pm. Failure to do so will result in the defaulting
Club being fined. This procedure should also be carried out for
Scottish or West Cup competition matches whether your Club is Home or
Away. Postponements of any fixture must be notified likewise.
- Ensure that Teamlines are completed and handed to the
Referee before commencement of each match.
- Fixtures issued by the Match Secretary on a Sunday after
2.00 pm. Also available on Website.
- Referees to be paid in their dressing room.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Players currently registered with Clubs in membership of the
Scottish Amateur F.A., may have their registration cancelled at any time during
the playing Season, but will only be eligible to be registered with another Club
in membership of the Scottish Amateur F.A. if cancelled on or before the 31st
MARCH in any Season.
Players currently registered with Clubs in membership of
another National Affiliated Association [Juniors, Juvenile, Welfare etc] once
their registration has been cancelled, are eligible to be registered with Clubs
in membership of the Scottish Amateur F.A. after the 31st MARCH in any Season.
