Referees are reminded that Match
Secretaries must confirm to them the fixture not later than the MONDAY
preceding any Saturday match, and in the event of midweek matches, four days
prior to fixture. Failure to do so - Referee should report matter to
League Match Secretary.

If no notification of fixture is received,
contact the League Match Secretary to check if you have been allocated a
fixture. DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE NO FIXTURE. Referees can also check the
fixture list on the Website.

Referees must send teamlines to League Secretary within 48 hours of match, together with any report. A SEPARATE
REPORT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH ORDERING OFF.

Referees must not unnecessarily delay
kick-off when teams do not have a full complement of players.

The actual kick-off times must be recorded
by Referees on the match teamlines, and in the cases where kick-off is late,
the Referee should submit a report stating the reason for the late kick-off.

The official kick-off for all Saturday
matches shall be 2.30 pm (except otherwise advised by the Match Secretary)
except November, December and January which shall be 2.00 pm.

Referees must on no account appoint a
substitute to any match unless sanctioned by the Match Secretary.

Referees having accepted appointments, and
then being unable to fulfill this appointment should advise the Match
Secretary and the Home Club Match Secretary, in order that a replacement
Referee can be appointed.

Referees should inspect players boots
prior to kick-off.

Referees are reminded that goal nets and
corner flags must be used in all matches.

Referees are reminded that they should
indicate on the teamlines if the substitutes are used. THIS IS PARTICULARLY
IMPORTANT IN CUP MATCHES.
